Imagine a world where AI agents, empowered by Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and long-term memory through vector databases, can anticipate needs, offer personalized insights, and drive decision-making in real-time. These agents will handle professional services requests, automate IT workflows and even supervise other agents.
This keynote will challenge you to think deeply about how you advance your infrastructure for agentic AI. It will equip you to consider the broader impact of agentic AI on the future of work as you prepare to harness their full capabilities in enterprise settings.
We'll start by exploring the building blocks of agentic AI and the core components of infrastructure that are essential for it. The key question isn't just about training a custom model or fine-tuning - it’s about envisioning a future where AI agents seamlessly integrate and enhance every aspect of your operations. We will lay out the challenges ahead and how to design guard rails and layer on supervisor agents for greater security, privacy and control.
You’ll walk away with the tools to pioneer the future in today’s high stakes AI environment and set a new standard for leading teams in the age of agentic AI.

I am driven by a passion for building technology that makes a meaningful impact on the world. Throughout my career, I’ve embraced the blend of technical and business challenges in bringing new products to life in the Cloud, Data, and AI space.
As a founding team member at Rockset, where I served as CPO & CMO, I had the privilege of shaping the cloud-native search, analytics, and AI database designed for real-time indexing. Over time, we secured over $100M in funding and grew from zero to more than 300 customers, managing several hundreds of terabytes at scale. This journey culminated in Rockset's acquisition by OpenAI, where it now powers real-time AI-driven search and retrieval.
When I'm not immersed in work, I enjoy finding new ways to stay active and gardening. It’s my way of bringing balance and creativity to my life, so I can stay grounded.
