In this presentation, I will share two critical migration stories - one focuses on production monitoring and the other on production deployments with automated validations. Both migrations were driven by the goal of enhancing engineering efficiency, but each came with its own challenges and lessons. Through these stories, I will highlight key insights on how to plan, execute, and ensure that such transitions deliver the intended outcomes. Attendees will gain practical knowledge on building and landing delightful internal tools, and fostering a more efficient engineering environment.
