Amit Navindgi is a Staff Software Engineer at Zoox, where he leads Zoox Intelligence, an initiative applying large language models (LLMs) across engineering, operations, customer support, and autonomy—building platforms and products with developer experience and internal productivity at their core. His work spans AI-powered products, Observability, Semantic Search, and On-call and Incident Management platforms. He also designed and launched Hubble, an Experimentation platform, now used by over 800 engineers across Motion Planning, Prediction, Perception and other teams to validate their changes to the Autonomy stack in simulation and non-simulation context. Amit founded and runs Zoox AI Hackathon and "The Assembly," a cross-functional developer forum. Earlier in his career, he worked on Web Applications and Distributed Systems at Veritas and focused on Natural Language Understanding during his time at Xerox Research Centre Europe.
