Jake leads McKinsey & Company's NeXT Commerce Tech initiative, helping accelerate the firm's eCommerce technology delivery with clients via a set of best-practice open source tools. He comes from a background in Bay Area startup life as a developer and architect, and has experience leading dozens of cross-functional teams to deliver software. 

Jake supports clients globally on eCommerce technology, current and target state architecture, and navigating the alphabet soup of MarTech stack acronyms.
