Avoiding Hybrid Hell [Half-Day]

As organisations move out of the forced remote work of the pandemic into something new, employees have made it clear that working remotely can be effective and productive, in fact there is research which shows that remote work can be more productive than in-person.

The challenge now is to find ways to leverage that productivity while also re-engaging in-person to increase collaboration and innovation. Hence the hybrid workplace.

In this highly interactive and collaborative workshop, you will participate in designing the right structure for your own teams.

Topics covered in the workshop include:

  • From the field - research and feedback about what works and what doesn't
  • Ways to bring people along on the journey rather than imposing structures on them
  • Making culture visible and tangible
  • Gaining and maintaining buy-in
  • Learning and adapting in response to feedback
